2019 Met Gala Style Round Up
What is camp? Camp is a type of aesthetic that expresses exaggerated fashion, it was also this year’s theme of the Met Gala in New York City. Celebrities and influential creatives gathered at The Metropolitan Museumof Art to benefit its Costume Institute. Fashion’s biggest night included camp looks that portrayed beautiful and intricate art, objects and style. Fashion creatives like Alessandro Michele for Gucci and designers such as Prada, Moschino and Brandon Maxwell contributed to the night looks.
The hair, of course, played a significant part of the night, giving different outfits an added pop of style. Here is the list of our favorite beauty trends we gathered from Monday night.

Ashley Graham was looking dapper in a Gucci blazer, matching the Gucci clips and bows in her long ponytail.

Bella Hadid’s pixie cut offered up major hair goals. Her short hair perfectly highlighted her raindrop ruby earrings. Sweeping bangs alluded alluringly to both the ’60s and ‘90s.

The bigger the hair, the closer to heaven! Ciara embodied big hair at the Met Gala, making for iconic and unforgettable hair.

Donatella Versace vibrantly pulled off her colorful, flowy dress, with her lime green tips for a fun summer feel.

American Horror Story star Cody Fern channeled an avant-garde look that included a mesh black and nude blazer with black gloves. Fern’s hair was gelled, curled, and laid to his head.

IDGAF this hair is fantastic! Dua Lipa brought the big hair and bow to the Met Gala for a glimpse of ‘70s style hair.

We are feeling dizzy with the illusory eyes makeup by Mimi Choi on Ezra Miller. This was one of our favorite looks from the evening.

We’re sorry Hailee Steinfeld, we have to take photos of this look! Big, poofy hair is back and better than ever. The bow fits perfectly on top of her outsized hair.

OH MY GAGA! Lady Gaga served not one but four different looks in under two minutes. She started the evening with a large bow on top of her head and ended it with a blonde wig with small blonde bows attached on top.

Life in plastic looks fantastic. Kacey Musgraves sported an unforgettable doll-like blonde wig and a pink Moschino dress to mirror every little girl’s best friend, Barbie!

Hey Lupita –– we think you have something in your hair. Lupita Nyong’o went super on-theme with her look, giving us beehive height hair with combs in the front and star accessories in the back.
