Cancellation Policy – Arizona
Your appointments are important to TONI&GUY, as it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectively request at least 24-hour notice for cancelations and adjustments.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks ago.
Effective October 12, 2020 a cancellation fee will apply. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a credit card will be required to hold your appointment. You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24-hours preceding that start time of your appointment.
Less than 24-hours’ notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services(s).
If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged 100% of the scheduled services(s).
Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by both text message and email provided at the time of scheduling your appointment. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
Late arrivals (15 minutes past scheduled appointment time) will be charged the full price of the scheduled services(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.
The cancelation policy allows us the time to inform our clients on our waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 -hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Our clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. TONI&GUY policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent spotlight customer service for our established and future clientele.
