Bruno's visionary leadership nurtured and developed TONI&GUY resulting in its phenomenal growth and success. Bruno's involvement in the hairdressing field spans three decades.
He began his career working alongside brothers Toni and Guy in the original TONI&GUY salon in London. Following in his father's footsteps, Bruno set about to learn as much as possible about the business. It was Bruno's talent for marketing and business acumen that helped TONI&GUY establish its worldwide reputation as the most innovative chain of salons.
Mr. Mascolo established the Artistic Team which traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe representing the talent and innovation for which TONI&GUY has become known. The Artistic Team further solidified TONI&GUY's reputation for outstanding education and was inducted into The British Hairdressing Hall of Fame in 2001. In 2005, Bruno received the prestigious North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) Hall of Leaders Award.

Anthony Mascolo is an industry icon and creative extraordinaire who is internationally renowned for his exquisite couture hair, exciting photography and creative films. His critically acclaimed work has won him many accolades including winning British Hairdresser of the Year three times along with the Avant Garde Hairdresser Award. Anthony is the younger brother of CEO Bruno Mascolo and is currently Senior Vice President of TONI&GUY USA LLC [TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy USA LLC] and is a member of the board of directors.
Considered one of the most innovative and inspiring hairdressers in the world, Anthony is always passionate about the hairdresser, recognizing the world in which we live, and the desire to push the creative boundaries to take the industry forward. His vision is to keep the art of hairdressing fresh and dynamic. Anthony's extensive experience in the industry and his award-winning career have been major factors in the success of TONI&GUY.
Creative Director of the Americas
Zak Mascolo is the creative leader of TONI&GUY in both salons and academies nationally and is the integral lead in all collection and education decisions.
With a firm belief that at the heart of creativity is a formal education, Zak helps hairdressers around the world find their individual creative voice through foundational and advanced curriculum. Zak began his hairdressing career as a child, helping his father, Guy Mascolo, in his TONI&GUY salons.
For over 20 years, Zak has used his talents and artistry to express his creativity through hairdressing. His accomplishments include leading the creative team and managing all classes for the TIGI Advanced Academy in New York for 10 years prior to returning to TONI&GUY full time in 2009.
He was also the winner of the 2005 “Contemporary Classic” category for the North American Hairstyling Awards and was one of five finalists for the 2006 “North American Hairdresser of the Year.” Zak credits his father and his uncle, Bruno Mascolo, who both overcame tremendous obstacles to get where they are today, as his personal and professional mentors. They, along with his uncle Anthony Mascolo, whom Zak calls “a creative mastermind”, inspire him to stay focused on his goals and his vision for TONI&GUY.
President of Academy and Salon Divisions
Inspired by the creative and artistic ability of the Mascolo Brothers, Debbie began her hairdressing career in England in 1979. Having completed a hairdressing apprenticeship and studied business and accounting in college, Debbie went on to own and manage her own salon. After relocating to the United States in 1991, Debbie was able to combine her love for business with her passion for hairdressing and became Salon Director of The Sherry Lane Salon. Eighteen months later Debbie was promoted to Regional Salon Director overseeing the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex.
In this role Debbie was instrumental in automating the salon division, implementing the computerized point of sale and appointment booking system in salons nationwide. In 1999, Debbie was promoted to the position of Managing Director of the Salon Division, in 2006 to Executive Vice President, and in 2010 to Co-President of Salons and Academies. In February 2014, Debbie accepted the role of President of Salons and Academies, and is responsible for overseeing franchise salon and academy growth across the country, in addition to company owned salon and academy operations. With her extensive business and operational experience, Debbie is growing the TONI&GUY brand across the North, South and Central America, extending TONI&GUY’s renowned education and culture into new territories and countries.
Paul Joseph Marzioli
Paul Joseph has been in the hairdressing industry for 38 years and began his journey with TONI&GUY as a salon owner in Hawaii. Impressed by TONI&GUY educational books and videos, Paul flew to London to negotiate bringing TONI&GUY education to Honolulu.
Paul Joseph had huge success spreading the TONI&GUY message throughout the Hawaiian islands and was invited to continue his educational tour in the continental U.S. and Canada. The tour proved to be another huge success and paved the way for TONI&GUY to expand to the U.S.
In 1984, Bruno Mascolo moved to America and invited Paul Joseph to work with him in opening the first TONI&GUY hair salon and advanced training center in Dallas. As a founding director of TONI&GUY, Paul has played an integral role in the expansion and success of the TONI&GUY brand, bringing his talents of motivation, commitment and communication to the ever-growing team.
Paul is a member of the TONI&GUY international Artistic Team and Executive Board. He continues to travel across the country developing salon partnerships and motivating team members. His vision and passion is to have TONI&GUY Academies and Salons in every key market from the U.S. to South America.
Vice President Marketing
Caroline Mascolo heads up the marketing department for both salons and academies. Caroline's keen sense of style and vision for branding has brought a fresh perspective to the team.
Caroline has been instrumental in bringing her sense of fashion to the styling of all of TONI&GUY collections and photoshoots. Working closely with Zak, Caroline is able to interpret the fashion that complements each collection.
Caroline's career began in the Manhattan Academy. A strong background in operations as a regional director, salon owner, and partner in TONI&GUY Hoboken enhanced Caroline's ability to identify marketing strategies tailored to each sector of the hairdressing industry.
VICE PRESIDENT OF COMPANY OWNED SALONS AND ACADEMIES
Kent Movchan began his journey with TONI&GUY at the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy in Dallas, TX where he fell in love with the T&G culture and education. He graduated from the TONI&GUY Academy in 2002 and soon began his career at the TONI&GUY Salons in the DFW area.
In 2006, Kent became the Salon Director at the TONI&GUY North Park Salon and after years of hard work and dedication, in 2007 he became a Regional Salon Director in the DFW area. In 2008 Kent accepted the position of Academy Director at the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy in Dallas, bringing him back to the start of his journey and igniting his passion for academies. In 2009, Kent was promoted to Regional Academy Director, and in 2011 Director of Academy Operations.
In May 2014, Kent was honored to accept a new position as Vice President of Company Owned Academies, and is responsible for the expansion and ongoing development of all company owned academies. Over the years he has been instrumental in overseeing the conversion of several academies to the TONI&GUY brand and culture, as well as the original flagship Dallas Academy’s relocation to a new facility. With his vast knowledge and experience in academy operations, Kent is heavily involved as a consultant to franchise TONI&GUY Academy locations.
Vice President of Franchise Real Estate & Construction
Gordon has been involved in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years, building his first salon in the UK in 1980. Gordon's passion for construction and project management brought him to TONI&GUY in 2001 where he began working with the team on salon remodels.
In 2013 Gordon joined the team full time, where he now oversees salon franchise sales along with all real estate and construction project management.
Gordon's vision is to help open TONI&GUY salons and academies in all major markets nationally along with South America and Canada.
Vice President of Legal and Human Resources
Kimber Summers joined TONI&GUY as Director of Human Resources in 1998. Having experience in both the beauty industry and retail sector, Kimber found niche at TONI&GUY, combining her knowledge and experience in human resources with an understanding of management and operations.
Kimber attained her bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas in 1993, and while working full-time, continued her education at the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, from which Kimber earned her juris doctorate in 2000.
As Director of Human Resources, Kimber worked diligently to add to the benefits offered by the company, and expanded the human resources, payroll and benefits departments in order to better serve TONI&GUY team members nationwide. Additionally, Kimber has worked closely with department leaders company-wide in an effort to combine best human resources practices with successful operations.
In 2009, following the sale of the TIGI division, Kimber expanded her role with the company by taking on the legal, insurance and risk management areas of the company.
National Creative Technical Director
Samantha Finley is the National Creative Technical Director for TONI&GUY and is internationally known for her insight into colour techniques and trends. Samantha leads technical education for all TONI&GUY salons and academies. Samantha believes that through teaching we upgrade the industry as a whole.
